The following are the Standard Fees of Primary Purpose Recovery Centers (PPRC).  All fees for the Recovery Residence are due on Friday, for the up-coming week.  Monies paid for the week in progress are non-refundable, effective the Friday on which they are paid.  Any deposit paid to reserve bed space (up to a maximum of $450) is non-refundable.  All other fees are due at the time of service.  Any monies which are refundable will be returned, in the form of a company check, to the entity that originally provided it.  PPRC does not accept insurance as a form of payment.  Payment must be made in the form of Cash, Money Order or Cashier's Check.  A Personal Check may be accepted if arrangements are made in advance.

Residential Treatment: (ASAM Level III.I)*

Recovery Residence                                       $225.00 Week               Includes:  Housing and the treatment program (Phases I – V).

Intensive Outpatient Treatment: (ASAM Level II.I)*

Phases I, II and III                                         $35.00 Per session           Three sessions per week.

Aftercare Program (Phase VI)                        $30.00 Per session       One session per week for a minimum of nine months.

* If deemed clinically necessary all clients in the Level II.I and III.I programs have access to a nursing and/or a psychiatric assessment, both at a nominal fee.

Clients are responsible for any and all payments for services rendered.  PPRC does not accept insurance as a form of payment.  Payment must be made in the form of Cash, Money Order or Cashier's Check.  A Personal Check may be accepted if arrangements are made in advance.  In the event that legal action is necessary to collect an unpaid balance the client will be held responsible for any and all legal fees or costs the Court deems appropriate.  A minimum fee of $25.00 will be charged for all returned checks.
